George Pratt was baptised on 23rd July 1837 at Baldock in Hertfordshire, son of Mary Ann Pratt, formerly Moles, and her husband Joseph Pratt.

George's mother died some time between 1842 and 1851. George appears in the 1851 census with his widowed father and siblings at Norton End in Baldock. He was working as a farm labourer.

George has yet to be researched after 1851.
