(Medical):Per his Great grandson, Jeffrey Ellis, George died in the backyard of his home at 2252 Charles St in Wellsburg, Brook, West Virginia. Jeffrey's father, Basil O. Ellis Jr. found him. The death report states that he suffered for about 10 minutes. The heart attack was from hardening of the arteries that he had suffered from for about 20 years.
