Henson; known and made known to me to be the wives of the above named parties who being by me examined separate and apart from their husbands touching their signatures to the within conveyance acknowledged that they signed the same of their own free will and accord without fear constraint or threats of the husbands. Aday as heirs of his estate with their husbands and found that several heirs are grandchildren of George, that is, children of Margaret Aday and Henry Gillespie.
