At his home, in the town of Lima, Wis., Nov. 6, 1888, of typhoid fever, Gaudentia D. Burdick, only son of Ethan Lee and Philena Burdick, in the 42d year of his age. The deceased leaves a wife and three children, two of whom are too small to know their loss. He was a member of the Milton Junction Seventh-day Baptist Church. In the absence of the pastor, funeral services were conducted by Eld. J. C. Rogers. Sermon from Heb. 9: 22-28. J. C. R.
