Wigley, Fred L. "Fritz"

1920-2006
Fred L. Wigley, better known as Fritz, passed away on Nov. 9, 2006 at Centralia Providence Hospital. He was born in Tono, WA on June 25, 1920, to Robert J. and Ruby Wigley.
Fritz served in the Navy during WWII, and he was medically discharged in California in 1944. Before returning to Centralia, he married his beloved wife of 62 years, Jean Y. Spicer. They returned to Centralia, where he became a plumber and later worked for Centralia School District for 13 years. His hobbies were helping out his neighbors, taking care of his many animals, hunting and fishing. Spending his life in Centralia, he was well known by many and his smiling face will be missed by all.
He is survived by his wife Jean, son, J an Wigley; daughter, Wendy Roberson and grand-daughter, Bretta and her husband Paul Gilmer, all of Centralia, WA. He was also survived by his sister Ivy (Vance) Lambert, VA and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert J. Wigley and Ruby (Wigley) McNelly; son, Chuck; twin brother, Robert L.; older brothers, William and Charles, and sisters, Mabel and Ruby.
