    May 12, 1660 Anthony Emery and Frances his wife sold his house to his son. Deprived of privileges of a freeman in Kittery for entertaining Quakers, moved to Portsmouth, Rhode Island, 29 Sep 1660. [Maine Court Records cited above Great Migration, Vol. 11, p. 445 show Frances sued him for her thirds from sale of house, suggesting she did not go to Portsmouth with him. This is the last record of her.]
