From A History of Montville

Her parents were Elisha Comstock (born May 30, 1736) and Anna Fox (born October 30, 1740).

I believe the alternate name of Anna Mercy is confusing Fanny with her sister, who married Thomas Turner Fargo, a grandson of Robert Fargo and Sarah Camp (he was the son of Moses).

From A History of the Descendants of the Comstock Family in America

Will of Elisha Comstock of Montville, March 28, 1807 (inventory Nov. 16, 1807), gives to daughters Polly Comstock, Amy Edwards, Fanny Fargo, Anna Mercy Fargo, Henrietta Vincent; to wife Anna; to son Ebenezer.

Anna Comstock's will of Sept. 5, 1809, gives to same children, Amy Edwards now being called Amy Atwood.
