    [Note: it is not clear what the presented birth order is based on, since many facts (esp. marriage dates) that are knowable don't appear to have been included. Further, the naming of husband Thomas Boyle appears to be a misreading of Thomas Bogle in a probate document of Esther's father. No Thomas Boyle is found, much less one with a wife named Esther, but Thomas and Esther Bogle had several child born in Sudbury.]
