Esta M Helle May 3, 1924 -- Dec. 29, 2003

Esta M Helle, 79, of Gibsonburg, died Monday night at Countryside Continui ng Care Center.

She was born near Girton OH, to Harry and Bertha (Michael) Stahl. On Oc t. 16, 1946, she married Lee Helle in Napoleon and he died Jan. 19,1989.

A 1943 graduate of Risingsun High School, Esta worked as a homemaker and f armwife. She was a member of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church in Gibsonbu rg and its Women of the Church, the Gibsonburg Post 17 of the American Leg ion Auxiliary and the Gibsonburg Seniors Club.

Surviving Esta are daughters Ruth A (David) Byers and Ada M (Robert) Willi ams, both of Fremont; five grandchildren Gail, Kevin, Eric, Kent and Eri n; four great-grandsons; brothers Alvin Stahl of Attica, George Stahl of F ostoria, Robert Stahl of Clyde; sisters Anna Faye Preston of Risingsun a nd Betty Woessner of Ada. She was preceded in death by her parents, husba nd and brothers Cletus, Paul, Howard and Earl Stahl.

Visitation: 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Herman-Kinn-Veh Fune ral Home, Gibsonburg.

Services: 1 p.m. Saturday at the Herman-Kinn-Veh Funeral Home, Gibsonbu rg with the Rev. Blair Miller officiating.

Burial: West Union Cemetery, Gibsonburg.

Memorials: Diabetes Foundation, the Senior Center or to the church.
