    OBIT-- 10/16/76- New Herald- Oil City- Mrs. Moffatt, city native dies at age 84.-- Mrs. Emma E. Moffatt, 84 of 9662 Katella Ave. Anaheim, Calf. a former resident of Oil City, died Friday morning in Anaheim Memorial Hospital. ... she was married to John R.(sic) Moffatt a well known Pennsylvania Railroad engineer... surviving are two sons, Robert Moffatt of Oswego N.Y. and Thomas Moffatt of Anaheim, with whom she made her home. Two children, Edward J. Moffatt and Helen Davis of Oil City are deceased.-- she was the youngest of a family of 13, and the last surviving member of her family.
