In the early 1890s, her parents gave her a house in the Licton Springs area just north of (now within) the Seattle city limits. When her father went bankrupt in 1895, her parents, and brothers and their families, moved to Licton Springs as well, and she lives with them in 1900 and 1910. Per the Licton Springs history, "This house still stands, although considerably altered, on Densmore Avenue North."[1]
