Facts and Events
Elsie May was born in 1897 at Plymouth in Devon, daughter of Hannah May. She appears in the 1901 census living with her mother and grandparents at 19 John Street in Plymouth.
In 1903 Elsie's mother married Joseph Williams, who became Elsie's stepfather. The 1911 census finds Elsie living with her stepfather and his parents, and described as "Elsie Williams", taking his surname.
Elsie has yet to be traced after 1911.
