    Petitioner-Mary J. Cammon
    Levi Westfall in Malheur County State of Oregon on or about June 1891 died leaving therin an estate consisting of both real and personal property of about the value of six thousand dollars. intestate-no will.
    Deceased left the following heirs:
    The eldest daughter, Mary J. Cammon residing in Malheur County State of Oregon then of the age of about forty years, and at that time the wife of Philip A. Cammon, now deceased.
    Sarah Adeline Richie, at that time a widow, and of about the age of thirty-five years, residing in Malheur County, Ore. and now residing in Malheur County, Oregon and at this time a married woman, having, since the death of the said Levi Westfall, married a man by the name of Westfall.
    Ellen Westfall, then aged about Thirty-two, now aged about thirty-seven years, and now residing at Lower Lake, Lake County State of California.
    That all three of the said persons are the lineal dscendants of the said Levi Westfall, deceased, to-wit, children,-daughters, and are the only heirs at law of the said deceased Levi Westfall.

    Philip A. Cammon, husband of pititioner, was preparing to make final settlement of the estate of the said Westfall aforesaid but was taken suddenly ill and died in Malheur County, State of Oregon, on the 14th day of June, 1896.
    Before he died Philip made final settlements on Levi's estate. Remaining was the property of the said Westfall estate, consisting of three farms or ranches, situated in Malheur County, State of Oregon; one, known as the Westfall Homestead, comprising one hundred and twenty acres of land, and now of about the value of five hundred dollars; one farm, consisting of one hundred and sixty acres of land, and generally known as the Jack Westfall Place, and of about the value of four hundred dollars; the third farm consisting of one hundred and twenty acres of land, and now known as the old Andy Newman famr, and of about the value of four hundred dollars.
    Also about 25 head of horses running on the range and of the probably value of one hundred dollars. This is all of the property of the said Westfall estate.
