Mrs. Henry Waldeck, 83, Dies; Rites Saturday
Mrs. Henry (Ella) Waldeck, 83, 312 Harmon NW, died at 9:25 a.m. Thursday in St. Joseph's Hospital.
Born here, July 28, 1889, she was the daughter of Thomas and Ella Parker Lenney. On Jan. 20, 1927, she married Henry (J.F.) Waldeck, former deputy county engineer, who died in 1949.
She was a member of St. Mary's Church and Altar and Rosary Society.
Prior to retiring in 1969, she was employed as receptionist by the late M.T. Knappenberger for 20 years. She was previously employed by Trumbull Steel Co.
Survivors include a son, Henry, and a daughter, Mrs. Robert (Mary Ellen) Groner, both of Warren; two sisters, Mrs. Lyla Reed and Mrs. Mabel Robinson, both of Youngstown; and six grandchildren. Two brothers, George and Edward Lenney, and a sister, Loretta Wise, preceded her in death.
Services will be held Saturday at 8:45 a.m. in St. Mary's Church. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
