    25 Jul 1713: Articles of agreement between Ralph Mayar of Boston shipwright and Martha his wife and Andrew Coums of Boston Marriner and Mercy his wife (which said Martha and Mercy are only surviving children of Jacob Hewin late of Boston Brewer deced eldest son and herif of Jacob Hewin late of Dorchester Husbandman deced), Nicholas Ide of Attleborough Husbandman and Elizabeth his wife, Hannah Fisher of Dedham (said Eliz'a and Hannah being the only daughter of Jacob Hewin the elder) of the one part and Joseph Hewin of Dorchester only surviving son and administrator of Jacob Hewin the elder's estate on the other part that whereas the parties of the first part have received their share except the one third of real estate that will be equally divided upon the death of the widow Mary Hewin, they quitclaim any further right to personal estate or 2/3 of real estate of Jacob Hewin the elder to Joseph Hewin.
