My landed estate be divided towit [sic]. To my daughter Betsy D. Townsend a tract of land begining [sic] at the South east corner of the old ditch formerly made by James Bryan thence running a westwardly course with said ditch & on until it strikes Bufords line thence a course running so as to join Daniel Bryans tracts of land thence round as deeded by Archibald Bryan to me thence running with the old east boundary ditch (made by said James Bryan) including all the improvements to the begining [sic] it being a part of the tract of land I purchased of said Archiibald Bryan.
