William Bullock [probably NOT of Arborfield as stated; see notes on the unreliability of this source] married "Elizabeth, dau. and heir of Ralph Bellot of Moreton, co. Chester, Esq., by Elizabeth his wife, dau. and heir of ... Moreton of Moreton aforesaid."
Note that the Bullock pedigree presented here ties the Essex Bullock family to the Arborfield Bullock family of Berkshire. This connection was accepted by others, including Rev. Llewellyn C W Bullock in a book he wrote in 1905, which has been copied or summarized by the Arborfield Local History Society (see Bullock family). However, the dates of the Essex pedigree don't match the dates of the Berkshire pedigree, unless one is willing to believe that both the 1532 and the 1566 Visitations of Berkshire ignored the previous several decades of marriages and births.
