5 Dec 1740: William Adams yeoman and Mary his wife, Caleb Adams yeoman, William Goodhew yeoman and Abigail his wife, Thomas Lamson Jun'r yeoman and Mary his wife all of Ipswich in consideration of a portion which our honoured Father Nathaniel Adams Late of Ipswich Deceas'd Left for out plus a valuable consideration make to each of us by our Brother Elifelet Adams of Ipswich yeoman quitclaim all right to a certain dwelling house and Barn with 32 acres in Ipswich now in possession of our brother Elifelet Adams, also half an old right in the thick wood eight so called that was our fathers.
