Affadavit of death, on 28 Dec 1886 Alvin E Snyder and Flora Dutt swore that Elias [corrected from Nathan] Snyder of Washington Township died Five O'clock in the Morning on Friday the 17th of December one thousand eight hundred eighty-six.

Will of "Elias Snyder of the township of Washington in the County of Lehigh and State of Pennsylvania", dated 23 Nov 1886, proved 28 Dec 1886, mentions "my three Children to wit Edwin Snyder Alvin A. Snyder Flora A. Dutt wife of Samuel Dutt", all named co-executors. 28 Dec 1886 Edwin, "not a resident of the State of Pennsylvania", renounces his executorship.
