[Note: Bond makes several statements about the estate that don't seem supported by file 13676. Besides the Pepperell versus Littleton issue, there is no settlement, as the file ends with claims to creditor being examined in 1765, and the heirs of daughter Elizabeth named by Bond are not seen. Perhaps the part he saw is in a different file or a deed?]

Gent'm", dated 29 Dec 1749, proved 13 Jan 1755, names wife Mary; my five sons viz to my son Pelag Lawrance Jonath'n Lawrance David Lawrance Eleazer Lawarance and Samuel Lawrence; to my Daughters viz to ye heirs of my Daughter Elisabeth Buttrick Deceas'd ... my Daughters Mary Fletcher Sarah Cumings and Experience Keep Prudance Parker. Wife and son David executors.
