    [Note: Bond makes several statements about the estate that don't seem supported by file 13676. Besides the Pepperell versus Littleton issue, there is no settlement, as the file ends with claims to creditor being examined in 1765, and the heirs of daughter Elizabeth named by Bond are not seen. Perhaps the part he saw is in a different file or a deed?]
