Obit published in the Brooklyn Daily Eagle, Wednesday, February 2, 1938: Elbert T. Jackson Private funeral services were held today at the Hallett Homestead, Flushing, for Elbert Thomas Jackson, a well-known real estate operator in Astoria, who died Monday in his apartment, 144-25 Northern Boulevard, Flushing.

Mr. Jackson was a grandson of the late Judge Thomas Birdsall Jackson, who assembled the property which is now the North Beach Airport.

He is survived by a brother, Samuel Coles Jackson, and three sisters; Beatrice Alice Beard, Florence J. McKnight and Daisy J. Barrett.
