Mulligan, who was a chief mechanic for Curtis-Wright, I believe, turned up the engine on the Spirit of St. Louis and whose extra white shirt Lindbergh wore in Paris. E. J. is said to be descended from one Hercules Mulligan, a member of the Sons of Liberty and at whose house Washington stayed after the Revolution." A descendant of Elsie Rosemon & E. J.
