In the 1850 Iowa State Census for Clinton County, Iowa. In 1860, he is with Gordon (Gorton) KNIGHT back in Cattaraugus County, New York. In 1855 he is enumerated with Gorton KNIGHT in Freedom Township, Cattaraugus County, New York. He moved back to Freedom, Catt. County, NY in 1852-1853. Gone from Freedom Township, Cattaraugus County, NY on June 15, 1865 per 1865 New York state census. Also gone are Gorton KNIGHT, Chloe (or Cloey) KNIGHT, and Edward G. KNIGHT's family. Oliver and Daniel KNIGHT and their families are still there in 1865.
