Northampton, esq. arbitrators: (b) William Coles of Preston Parva, co. Northampton, gent., and Francis Brewster of the same, butcher: (c) Edw. Edwardes of Alwalton, co. Huntingdon, gent., and William Triste of Maydforde, co. Northampton, gent.: it is awarded by the abovesaid arbitrators:- (1) the said Edward Edwardes and William Triste to pay to the said William Coles the 17th December next following the sum of £8 for all arrears owing concerning an annuity of £4 given to the said William Coles by Peter Coles, deceased, his late father, for the term of life of the said William: (ii) before 20th December next following the said Edward Edwardes and William Trist to enter into a bond of £40 with the said William Coles on condition that they pay the said William an annuity of 30s. for term of his life on Saturday next after the feast of the Purification of Our Lady: (iii) the said Edward Edwardes to enter into a bond of £40 before the said 20th December next following to pay yearly to the said William Coles for term of life 30s.: (iv) the said William Triste likewise to enter into a bond of £40 before the said 20 December next following to pay yearly to the said William Coles for term of life 30s.
