Edward Doolittle
d.Aft 1629
Facts and Events
ODLR, p 34:
- With the exception of Kidderminster, all the towns in which Edward and his family lived had substantial metal/iron working industries. Based on this fact, I believe that Edward was most likely a metal worker. He probably went originally to Old Swinford in order to apprentice himself and learn the trade. When he became 21 and would have been released from his apprenticeship, he would have been able to marry; which he did 10 days after his 21st birthday.
- After Humfrey's death in 1625, and the settling of the estate, Edward and his family moved back to Warwickshire. In 1627 and 1628 they were in Birmingham, Warwickshire and in 1629 they were in Warwick, Warwhickshire.
