  3.   Edward Cliftmarried Susanna Atkins in 1831. They lived in Eastry, England. While there a son -Edward- wwas born. They moved to Hawkshurst where a son and daughter were born. John Atkins and Frances Jane.
  4.   In 1840, Edward came to America. He returned but came back and after 5 years, sent for his family who came over in May 1845.
