Pamela--

I received your check today, and thanks. I also found your Edith Kelty, spelled just like that, married to Mr. Marshall in 1904, License #177937.

Marriage records consist of the license application, the cover and the minister's return--3 pages usually. Sometimes there is a Consent to the Marriage of a Child signed by the parent of the minor (s). In short, the whole package can be 3-5 pages. You can order this from the FHL in SLC for $2/page on a form that you get at your local FHC. I believe this is cheaper than the current rate from the Phila. City Archives and will definitely be faster. If you don't have a local FHC and don't mind the wait, I can get it for you when I go to Philly at the end of April.

Best of luck with your research.
