Son Ebenezer to be executor.
    3 Sep 1823: Heirs cited. Assent to proving of will, signed by James Stearns, Clark Stearns, Nathan Leonard, Martha Leonard, Samuel Ball, Eleanor Ball, Josiah Procter guardian [note: for Sally's children, see Josiah's page].
