History of Concord, p. 645, says 10 Jan 1689], d. 28 Jul 1748, m. 4 Mar 1710 [sic, see comments on family page] Sarah Peaslee. Captain Eastman was the first settler in Concord, NH. Will of "Ebenezer Eastman of Rumford in the Province of New Hampshire", dated 7 Mar 1744, proved 31 Aug 1748, names wife Sarah; "all my children", Joseph to have less "Because I have already given him"; "Ebenezer and Philip my two eldest sons and Ezra Carter, my son in law" to be executors.
