Life of George Dewey, Rear Admiral, U.S.N., and Dewey Family History, Illustrated, p. 395, mistranscribes the age at death as 38, though clearly read as 33, apparently influenced by the birth record in 1672/73 for another son named Ebenezer born to his parents. However, there is also an explicit death record for this earlier Ebenezer in summer of 1673, and the correct age from the gravestone, in his 33rd year, i.e., 32, gives a birth about 1679, so this is clearly a 2nd son named Ebenezer born to the same parents, birth apparently not recorded.
