    [1755] A Petition of Esther Davis Widow of Ebenezer Davis late of Acton dec'd and Adaministratrix of his Estate shewing that in his Lifetime he built a new House upon his Land but left it unfinished and a considerable Debt on his Estate, & therefore Praying for Liberty to sell an old House & Barn, belonging to said Estate, for finishing the said new House & Payment of said Debts.
