Daily Times-News, The Monday, March 08, 1971 GRAHAM D.W. (DEWITT) Bright, 75, of Rt. 1, Graham, died Sunday afternoon at 'clock in a Burlington hospital following four years of declining health and 10 days of critical illness. A native of Chatham County, DeWitt BRIGHT was the son of the late George and Ruth Phillips Bright. He was the husband of Mae Helen Coble BRIGHT of the home, who survives, and was a retired farmer. He was member of Mt. Hermon United Methodist Church. Survivors, in addition to his wife, include three daughters, Mrs. .Boyd Coble of Burlington, Mrs.. Robert Glosson of Rt. 3. Graham, and Mrs.. Paul Ireland f Rt. 4, Burlington; four sons, John BRIGHT, Donald BRIGHT, and Otis BRIGHT, all of Rt. 1, Graham, and Howard BRIGHT of Rt. Graham; two sisters, Mrs.. ? Smith of Hattiesburg, Hiss., and Mrs.. Bill Kizer of Burlington; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Final rites will be held Tuesday afternoon at o'clock it Mt. Herman United Methodist Church. The Rev. Auburn Lore, interim pastor, will conduct the service. Burial will be in the church cemetery The body will remain at McClure Funeral Home in Graham until taken to the church to lie in state 30 minutes prior to the service
