    Located on "Sunnyside Farm" of James E Van Astyne, Town of Stuyvesant, just off and east of Rt 9, 2 1/2 miles south of Kinderhook. This farm was deeded by the Indians to Hans Hendrickson by him to Jans Martensense (Van Alstyne) in 1667 and has been in the family ever since and in 1939 owned by James Edward Van Alstyne. Cemetery plot is South-West of dwelling in a field and marked by four large boulders on each corner of the plot. info from DAR records.]
