Note Anderson makes the claim that Benjamin1 Thwing's daughter Deborah2 Thwing married Samuel Hood. This is not correct. Cemetery Records show that Deborah [Thwang] Hood wife of Samuel Hood died 9 Jul 1732 aged 59 years old [born 1732]. In fact Deborah3 Thwing daughter of John2 Thwing born 9 Jul 1732 was the wife of Samuel Hood. The probate records of John2 Thwing list his heirs which include his daughter Deborah wife of Samuel Hood [SPR 1759:15-16].
