    Case 16056: Daniel Noyes 1782.

    Will of "Daniel Noyse of Sudbury ... yeoman ... week and infirm in Body", dated 10 Oct 1781, proved 13 Mar 1782, names my Children named Thomas Daniel Sarah Maynard and Ruth Smith and my Grand Child Sarah Maynard; my three Sons Thomas & Daniel son in Law Abraham Smith [sic, see following] . Son Thomas Noyse to be executor.
    8 Jan 1782: Agreement of heirs settling personal estate "without haveing Proved said will" signed by Abel Smith, Sarah Maynard, Daniel Noyes, Sarah Maynard.
    5 Feb 1786 Receipt given to our brother Thomas Moyes Executor of our Hon Father by Sarah Maynard, Thomas Noes, Daniel Noyes, Ruth Smith and Sarah Maynard. Signed by Sarah Maynard, Daniel Noyes, Abel Smith, Sarah Maynard jr.
