Worcester Deed Vol. 113, p. 347 8 Mar 1791: Daniel Graves of Southborough yeoman for £130 to Jeremiah Fay of Southborough Husbandman land with house & barn in Southborough about 50 acres bounded by David Newton, John Richards, William Onthank, Zaccheus Witherby, Josiah Newton, Jotham Bellows.
