He bought land from Mr. John Pell, 25 July 1672. … Inv. of Est. of Daniel, Sr., 5 Nov. 1695. … Distribution of land that belonged to Daniel Burr 1st, 2 Aug. 1751, to the heirs of Daniel Burr dec'd, to Samuel Burr, to the heirs of Ellen dec'd, to the heirs of Deborah dec'd, and to Abigail.     "Daniel (Burr), Fairfield, freem. 1668, s. of Jehu the first, had m. 11 Dec. 1678, Abigail, d. of Henry Glover of New Haven, and took sec. w. Elinor, wh. present. inv. of his prop. 1695, so that it can safely be infer. that he was then d. but whether he had ch. by either is not kn."

    Abigail Glover, who survived him, was his second wife; the first was Abigail Brewster, daughter of Rev. Nathaniel of Brookhaven, Long Island. There was no wife Elinor. He had children by both Abigails. His first child by the second wife was Ellen/Helena/Elinor; she died about 1718.
