    Will of "Daniel Benjamin of Waltham ... Yeoman, Being aged and Full of pain", dated 1 May 1767, proved 18 Oct 1768, names wife Lydia Benjamin ["all the Household goods and furniture that She brought to me at our Marriage"], son in Law Thaddeus Ward and my Daughter Lydia; grandson Benjamin Ward ["who now lives with me"]; estate divided into seven parts, my said grandson to have two of them, other to my five Grandchildren, viz't. Thaddeus, Sarah, Caleb, Samuel and William. Grandson Benjamin Ward to be executor. Codicil 12 Dec 1767 mentions Mehetable "his present wife" of grandson Benjamin Ward.
    14 Jan 1772: Account of Benj'n Ward executor of Daniel Benjamin late of Waltham Deced, allowed.
