Dale Smith

N BALTIMORE -- Dale L Smith, 60, of N Baltimore, died at 7:46 a.m. Tuesda y, June 15, 2004 at Wood CO Hospital, Bowling Green. He was born on Novemb er 9, 1943 in Findlay to Allen and Dorothy (Mathias) Smith, and his fath er survives in N Baltimore. He married Linda Arrington on September 4, 19 64 and she survives in N Baltimore.

Mr. Smith worked for Mennel Milling in Fostoria as an operator, and w as a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles No. 2633, N Baltimore.

Also surviving him are a son Jeffery Smith and his wife Caroline and a dau ghter Kelly Smith-Hall and her husband Neil, all of N Baltimore; brothe rs Jim and Floyd, both of N Baltimore; grandchildren Skyler, Tyler, Olivi a, Lydia, Haley, and Paige.

Visitation will be held from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday, June 17, 2004 at S MITH-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, N Baltimore, where a funeral service will be he ld at 10 a.m. Friday, June 18, 2004. Reverend Ralph Mineo officiating. Bur ial will be in New Maplewood Cemetery, N Baltimore.

Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choi ce in his memory.
