LAYTON, UTAH -- Daisy Alice McDaniel, formerly of Abilene, died Thursday, February 1 2007 in Layton, Utah.

There will be a graveside memorial service at 3 p.m., on Thursday, February 8, 2007 at the Elmwood Memorial Park Cemetery in Abilene.

Daisy made her home in Abilene from 1969 - 1997 where she was known and loved by many. She then resided in Arlington TX for several years. Recently she lived in Clinton, Utah with her daughter Sarah and son-in-law Dwayne Allen. She is also survived by: sons, Duncan Ruley and Robert and Debi Smith of Abilene.

She was preceded in death by: her son, David Smith and by her husband Beal McDaniel.

She will be greatly missed by her grandchildren: Robert David Ruley, David Allen, Andrew Allen, Austin Allen, Garrett Allen, Danielle Allen, Duncan Ruley Jr. and Graysen Allen. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Her funeral services occurred in Utah with numerous family members in attendance.
