BIOGRAPHY: Cyrus Attended Ripon College in Wisconsin (1871). He taught school for a time; Letitie who was almost 6 years younger, was a pupil in his class. Cyrus also had a very good baritone singing voice as a young man and gave singing lessons for a time. The family farmed in Sheboygan County, Wisconsin where the children were born.

    Mr. and Mrs. Cyrus B. Knight, 1121 Blaisdell Street, are celebrating their fifty-fifth wedding anniversary today, and this evening they will be guests of honor at a family dinner at the home of their daughter, Mrs. Frank Comstock, near Rockford. There was also a dinner at the Comstock home last Sunday for the Knights.

    Mr. and Mrs. Knight came to Rockford in 1901 from Sheboyan Falls, Wis. They have six children, Sheldon A. Knight, Jessie H. Knight and Mrs. Comstock, all of Rockford; Mrs. I.J. Hendershott of Roscoe; Mrs. Milton Williamson, Mutual, Okla., and Mrs. E.J. Mintz of Westfield, N.J.

Mr. Knight is 81 and his wife is 75 years of age.
