He was received into the Moravian Church at Fulneck on 1st October 1748. He took his first communion there on 24th March 1748/9. He went happily Home to our Saviour 1752 of a consumpion and buried at Lambs Hill (Moravian Burying ground), Fulneck on 19th December 1752, Aged 54
