Sister Burdick experienced religion when quite young and united with the Berlin (N.Y.) Church. For twenty-five years she has resided at West Hallock where she also had her church home. For two years she had been in poor health, during which she patiently bore her afflictions. She has been a model of patience, diligence, and charity and religious firmness, and loved by all who knew her. She leaves a husband, sons, daughters and grandchildren to mourn her loss. Sabbath afternoon she was carried from her earthly home to her final resting place, which was in sight of, and near her own window, and the funeral services were held at the church.
