    Herr Wolf war am 9. Juni 1832 in Rudolstadt, Hauptstadt des Fürstenthums Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt, geboren, war also nahezu 69 Jahre alt, von denen er die größere Hälfte in dieser Stadt verlebte. Er hinterläßt zwei Töchter: Fräulein Anna Wolf und Frau C. A. Wright.
