Clifford Bull, Ashland, driver of thetruck, surveys the damage. The black-top surface on the street wasreported shell thin where the truck broke through. Norwalk Truck Linesofficials said the vehicle was loaded with 2,520 pounds, including threetransformers being delivered to the Newman school. Total weight of bothcargo and truck, trucking company officials said, was 8,550 pounds."
