Clarence E. Prenzlin

Clarence Eldon Prenzlin, 58, of Tiffin, died at 12:22 p.m. Saturday, April, 29, 2006, in St. Vincent's Mercy Medical Center in Toledo.

He was born Oct. 22, 1947, in Tiffin, the son of the late Wayne R. and Pauline P. (Myers) Prenzlin. On June 10, 1978, in Tiffin, he married Nancy (Barber) Prenzlin. She survives in Tiffin. Other survivors include two daughters, Michelle L. (Matthew) Rainey of Fostoria and Samantha A. Prenzlin of Tiffin. Five brothers and four sisters also survive.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers.

Clarence worked at G.E. in Tiffin, National Machinery and Horizon Technologies, also in Tiffin. He was a member of the DAV and enjoyed bowling and fishing. He was a graduate of Tiffin Columbian High School class of 1966 and a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War.

The funeral will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 3, 2006, at Engle-Shook Funeral Home in Tiffin with the Rev. Mark Booster officiating. Military funeral rites will be conducted by the United Veterans Council following the services. There will be no burial at this time.

Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, May 3, 2006, at the funeral home.

Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
