RESIDENCE: 1900 census shows Clara as single living as a boarder at 1281 West Ray Street, Indianapolis, Marion, Indiana. 1910 census shows her as single living at 334 East Vermont St., Indianapolis, Marion, Indiana. 1920 census shows her as single and renting at 626 East St. Clair Street, Indianapolis, Marion, Indiana. She had three lodgers living in the dwelling with her. By the 1930 census Clara had married David N. Banta and they lived on West 17th (rural) in Bloomington Twp., Monroe, Indiana.
DEATH: in a nursing home at 148 N. Branson St., Marion, Grant, Indiana. She died of hypostatic pneumonia.
BURIAL: Van Buren Cemetery, Van Buren, Grant, Indiana. Arrangements were by the Diggs Funeral Home.
