Children's names are all from the records of Cayuga Co., NY. Copies of records were purchased from SAMPUBCO, P.O. Box 11874, SLC, UT 84147 in Feb, 2006. It says that all the the children are minors under 21 and all reside in Victory. A Samuel Rockwell petitions the court to act in the interests of the said minors, 11 Nov 1833. In his will he gives the following:

--To his wife Phoebe, "all his household goods, beds, beding, bedsteads and other furniture"

_Requests that his children all receive a good common school education at the expense of his estate.

--Leaves his real estate to be divided among his sons.

--Leaves each of his daughters $200. when they become of age.

--Directs that the personal property not left to his wife, such as horses, cows, sheep, cattle, hogs, etc., is to belong to the boys and at the control of the executor.
