    'Christian Erb [son of Hans and Anna (Haldiman) Erb], b. 25 Jan 1685, Röthenbach. He is probably the Christian Erb who died in Lancaster County in 1736. He arrived on the ship "Harle" with a small group of Mennonites on 1 Sep 1736. He was listed as age 46 years on his arrival in Pennsylvania. He died at Lancaster twp., Lancaster County on 16 Oct 1736 at the home of John and Mary Shank [citing Will A-25, Lancaster]. He wrote his will on or about 10 Oct 1736 and died six days later. He was unmarried and died without having any relatives in the Provence of Pennsylvania. He left all his goods to his friend and shipmate, Peter Rentsch of Lancaster County.'

    25 Jan 1685 is his baptism date, as indicated in an email from Richard Davis.
