    1. 1682 - May 2, 1896, Charles Rossiter (sic) age 43y3m5d died in Williamston of Heart Disease. He was married, a laborer, b.Alaiedon Twp, son of Ira & Alice (sic) Rossiter.
  2. Obituary.

    Published Wed May 4, 1896 in Williamston Enterprise - DIED- Apr 30, 1896 - Chas Rossetter. Mr.Rossetter left this village last Thurs to drive a short distance into the country & when near the farm of W.W.Raymond in Wheatfield, fell dead. Heart disease was the cause of his sudden death. He was born in Alaiedon, Jan 13, 1853 was married to Celesta Rowell on Apr 30, 1871, to them 4 children were born, all of which survive him, but one, Robert, who died Mar 1, 1895. Mrs.Rossetter died Mar 18, 1887. He was married to Martha Wickham who still survives him, on Jan 1889. The family moved to this village about 4yrs ago. He leaves a wife, mother and 3 children to mourn their loss. Funeral services were held on Sat at the home of his mother, Mrs Mathew Fredericks, of Ingham. Sermon by Rev.J.C.McDonald
